Also known as dimensional shifts
There are three kinds of dimensional shifts – all dramatic. I will blog about each of them. Today – I’m going to tell you about energetic downloads the kind that can happen in the middle of the night. These are good transformations, that will help you evolve and shift. They will help you grow into the person you desire to be, and help transform the earth.
Knowing about them, will help you deal with the strangeness and accept it being a good thing. This year (2018), more than ever, you may be experiencing shifts and changes! You may have been awakened in the middle of the night, notice an energetic “download” that feels as if your body is vibrating or pulsating yet there is no movement!
What’s Going on?
You are receiving an upgrade from outside sources as you have requested. These new energies help you adjust to the earth around you, and help you shift and be fifth dimensional easier. You might not even know what you have received, but you will feel better and better in the reality.
I have only observed benevolent shift. However, if you have any concern that it isn’t for your good, simply state, “I accept anything from beings of 100% God Light.” Everything else must leave. Now.
This is a new transformative opportunity to acclimate to the new energies that are now transforming everyone and the planet. It’s as if the “sun is shining everywhere,” and everyone is benefitting. Yet, it’s not shining so brightly that it is painful, or destructive. Instead the energies are gently pulsating into your consciousness, physical bodies so that you can tolerate and accept the new energies that are already here on the planet!
Surround yourself with love. Surround your family and friends with love. Decide that you are in service, (you probably are,) to anyone and everyone who comes near to you.
If you have been disappointed in the past, or have had difficulty at this time of year, decide that you can be the solution – and from that point forward you have become a true beacon of love and light.
Never believe, that your individual changes cannot make a difference. Your presence in those situation will continue to bless and transform those around you.

We encourage you to open your own records and if you do not have the skill to take the class wherever you can, whenever you can!
“No more Karma” reminder
This will give you greater understanding of the reality you live in. This channel has been carrying our message about the release from karmic obligations and the release from karmic debt. This is still difficult for many to understand.
Take some time and contemplate what this might mean for humanity to be able to transition into a world filled with LIGHT where there is no need to keep track of another’s behavior because their behavior does not require tracking.
How to release judgement
When you are locked in your polarity reality you want to keep score, you want to right the wrongs and we say to you, look upon it as an opportunity to let go of the old paradigm and move into the reality you are creating. Make no mistake, this creation is your creation. This is why in 2018 we want you to abandon your desire for retribution of any kind, towards anyone; to seek to be with people who are like-minded so that there is no need to concern yourself with another’s behavior. We can tell you that your reality is changing rapidly and the transition is in place. You are well on your way and you will see even in this very year dramatic shifts of every kind with regard to business, with regard to social structures, with regard to how you carry money, and how you exchange with others and interconnect with others.

Here’s your resolutions for the New Year!
Yeah, right.
Actually this is an annual tradition of mine. You may have already picked this up. If not, at the end of this post – you’ll find the guided meditation that you will love, because it is all about being proactive, instead of reactive. Looking your fears, judgements and more and then giving them a re-frame! It’s “BELIEF” in the absence of evidence!
Here’s what we did:

I’m worried that people will think less of me because of the mistakes I’ve made through the years.
Reframe:
Mistakes are a necessary part of everyone’s personal growth and understanding. I am a man/woman of substance and what I do matters in the world.

Reframe:
Lots of people are struggling and penniless. I am worthy of abundance. Everyone is worthy. I am manifesting that I am well paid for my efforts, that I am attracting people who love what I do and who are willing to pay me fairly and generously.
You may have a few of your own. Start writing them today. This is because tomorrow you will remember a few that you pushed way back into your mind and won’t even remember until you get the most pressing ones out! When I did this the first time, with my student she called me the next day, “Wait, I have a few more that came out this morning! You will to, and by starting early will be able to add them to your reframe list.

First write out your fears. Then write all your refraims as “I am” statements. Claim your victory. Ask, “God Victory” to support you, enliven your efforts and insure your success!

The Sacred Solstice December 21, 2017
Solstice Energy
I call it the Sacred Solstice because this year is quite special. Ordinarily, this is one of the holiest days of the year, second only to your birthday. (See my birthday blog post.) It is related to the fact that this is the shortest day of the year, where we can literally “go dark” and be still within.
This cycle we are moving into true mastery, and our unseen helpers have cleared the way, but we must do our part. This time is especially remarkable because it truly is up to us, to become 5th dimensional.
First believe it is possible to Wake up in 5D, and then claim it! Make sure you ask, when you retire, I am waking up in 5D. You will be amazed at how much your energy will change. You can do it every night but for sure start!
Ceremony ideas
Many of you are hoping to do ceremony this day. Yet it may elude you because of many holiday responsibilities, and because with the retrograde in place, you may not have as much time as you thought!
Here’s a quick solution.
Ask for help
First ask your dragons, Angels, Ascended Masters, Guides, and God to help you to create a plan and space for you, time, patience and opportunity. Ask them to give you clarity to finish up your errands with grace, ease, and speed! Let them direct you in ways you had not thought of. Be open to change, be flexible and kind.
Waiting Line Gratitude
Next, if you are in a waiting line – use that as your opportunity! Close your eyes for a moment while in line – Breathe, three times slowly. Start thinking of everything you are grateful for. My husband and I have been given gifts of a new understanding of each other. To celebrate our “new relationship” we now share three gratitude statements, first thing in the morning, each day. We take turns, each naming one thing we are grateful for, then the other shares. Back and forth we go. It is fun to hear what my partner names. It definitely affects us for the rest of the day!
Letting Go Gratitude
Next, think of the things you are done with. Illness, bad relationships, hurt feelings, health issues. All of it. Breathe three times again, emphasizing your exhale. Tell yourself, “I’m ready to let go of anything that stands in the way of my happiness.” Know that this special night of darkness can release all of it.
Create Your
New Matrix this Way
Let your dreams and desires fill you – just for a moment – worry not how will they occur, just allow yourself to imagine you are that person – who is perfect, for you. Imagine that even if you don’t know how you are so satisfied, you ARE satisfied with all the things that you have resisted. Next, invite the Serendipities into you. Ask them to come, and fill your pranic tube of you with their love and light. See this amazing group of iridescent sparkly energy fill and flood you with love, and comfort and completeness. Again, thinking of this long dark night, miracles can and will occur. Then enjoy yourself.
Integrate your dream into the Gridwork
If you have time, consider this same idea for the earth and all her inhabitants. Don’t’ be too quick to define it, yet see all the “problems” resolved amicably and everyone is filled with awe and wonder. So much magic has occurred that some don’t even remember the world they used to live in!
Finally, put this magic into the grid. If you can, do this meditation with friends or by yourself. We are strong and capable of changing the earth. Each one of us can contribute our mastery to this opportunity.

Gridwork from the Hathors
A Manual For Developing Humans
PMH Atwater’s recent book carries much of the same information as Waking Up in 5D! In fact, she told me that my book carries the same information as her newest book! This is in the wake of her earlier bestseller Future Memory which tells of her remarkable three NDE’s. (Near Death Experiences!) all in the same year.
The more she dives into it – the deeper the detail gets. This is because she is a researcher – par excellence, and loves to cite related reinforcing facts, that make it easier for you to understand and broaden your horizons.
Some interesting parallels to my book, for example, is her description, and explanation of The Time Fan described in both books, (page 145) in A Manual for Developing Humans.)
My guides have repeatedly explained time as being like a folded paper fan much like I channelled from the Lords of Time and written about in the Sedona Journal of Emergence and Waking Up in 5D. Find it in the time-space continuum chapter of my book.
A very interesting example of her adventures after her 3rd NDE, She shares how she unwittingly demanded to accomplish a myriad of tasks, not understanding or controlling her newfound abilities. Her experience, where she actually splits herself (involuntarily, I might add) into 12 different components, each taking care of an “urgent” need of hers, like exercise, meditation, prayer, her day job and recovery.
This went on for two weeks, as she experienced her “present” version in slow motion. At one point her boss and co-workers wondered what was wrong with her. It ended when she finally demanded (just like when she demanded to do everything at once) that everything go back to normal… well, almost normal. She has retained a small part of it, with the ability to move in and out of time. You can too.
Interestingly although I had a copy of her earlier best selling book, Future Memory, I had not read it, in years. Thus when her new book came out – it seemed like the appropriate “time” to re-read and compare books!
Another similarity is the reference to language – where she encourages the reader to replace old painful ways of expressing, like, “I am always so forgetful I never seem to remember anything” to “I had problems in the part remembering this, but (now) I have an excellent memory.” (page 47). All this reminds me of the table 6.12 in the chapter, “Learn the language of 5D.”
One of the things Atwater specializes in is mixing the historical with the present data allowing you to examine the roots of human experiences in religion, philosophy, the pope, and Messias throughout the ages.
This is a resource that you will find invaluable. I also found her references to fear and how to flip the switch (page 98) on fear and laugh, an especially powerful antidote to stress! Unlike in my book, she does have a full chapter devoted to Astrology.
The parallels in her book and mine are remarkable. This is especially noteworthy in light of the fact that my book had already been sent off to the printer when her book was released. I had no idea she had authored a new book until one of my friends mentioned it to me.
Clearly, we are both on the same page, and as PMH Atwater said in the endorsement of Waking Up in 5D, that the steps to the fifth dimension are found in this book. “Each step, the offers, each meditation, each mindful journey through the intellect, intuition, and heart of all-knowing remodels our life. A true guide, Waking Up in 5D opens the door to where sooner or later most of us will go.”
I am mindful of how spirit works – we are emerging at fifth-dimensional beings. Reading PMH Atwater’s book, A Manual for Developing Humans is a worthy read for anyone who is interested in growing their knowledge and understanding of the emerging reality we are experiencing,

Misconceptions
We would like to clear up some misconceptions and some perceptions about the Akashic Records. The Akashic Records are a vast domain of energetic imprints much like a movie library. When one pulls data from this place, they are working with reference librarians who are entering the energetic field. They embody this information and then travel to the edge of the energetic field known as the Akashic Records to commune with whoever communes with them.
When did this start?
Since 1978, we have provided humanity with a major dispensation to connect with this energetic field. This is not to be confused with the idea of Akash or Akasha that is often used to refer to anything unusual or anything in the vast domain of the universe.

The actual Akashic Records or “Book of Life” as Edgar Cayce called it, is a vibratory location that stores possible futures, probable futures, the present, and the past. My Eclipse Experience
The rest of the story.

I was in China for the eclipse, as many of you may suspect. I got back Tuesday afternoon.
Keep in mind, if you’ve ever visited Shanghai, the sky often resembles a gray haze. You don’t see the sun, or even clouds, just gray. On this day, (last day of level 3 Akashic Records course) and the day before the eclipse (2:11 AM local time) it was particularly sunny. During the 2-hour lunch break, I had the drapes wide open, to enjoy the sunny day.
Almost without warning, the room darkened as if it were night and a huge “thundercloud” covered the sky. I got up from my chair to face the window. I could see the edge of the very big, very dark cloud against the horizon, and where it started. It was as if someone pointed out to me, “see the edge of our ship…” WHAT? Whose? A Pleiadian Light Ship!
My location
I’m on the 11th floor. Room, 1111 – symbolic especially for me, (11 +11 is the master number 22, my number). From this place, high above most of the city, the change was significant. I asked my guides, “What was going on?” I was told there was an activation portal energy moving in. I was to deliver a message and I received it energetically. Even I did not know what would be the message until it was delivered.
The Message
The message was to teach the students how to build a “ring-pass-not” energy tube/circle around the sun, to limit only “beings of light” entering. (Eclipses historically are known for being portals that beings with “otherwise” agendas have come through.) I put the instructions in an earlier email – without the explanation.
In China
Being on the “other side of the world” they (the 3rd level Akashic Records Students) would be able to do this without judgment or opinion. Their job was to hold the balance for all the lovely human beings of light in the US who were praying for peace and solutions! This was especially important since the eclipse crossed over the USA coast to coast!
Side note:
In addition, for a long time (perhaps for the last 5 years) I’ve been hearing from the ET’s of the light that they were concerned about “mass hysteria” and “lynch mob” mentality when the “news” came out about all the things “those that were” had done.
An update
About 18 months ago, I started getting another different message, that the energy had shifted, and that the concern (of lynch mob mentality) had been resolved.
Tuesday’s posting on Youtube by David Wilcock – with his interview of Drake was a MATCH for that information. In addition, business and “timing” astrologer, Madeline Gerwick says that this is a match for the astrology of now.
According to Madelyn, the eclipse event, with the large number of people who meditated for disclosure, arrests of the criminals, and the awakening of people across the US with the eclipse to bring about peace and prosperity supports peaceful transformation. I’m highly recommending you listen to David’s video blog.
As I write this, a beautiful pink cloud – from the impending sunset fills my space.
Contact with Pleiadian Light Ship
Eclipse – an important opportunity to the community
Yesterday I completed Level III of Akashic Records workshop in Shanghai, China. They (messengers of light from the Pleiadian ship) have a very specific, message for everyone who was listening. “See yourself as a sentry, to the portal that opens when the moon crosses in front of the sun.”
If you don’t like some of the dark stuff that’s going on in the world, now you can do something about it!
How do you do that?
Offer yourself as a body of light. Don’t do it alone, ask for your angels and guides, Archangel Michael to stand with you. Invite K-17 head of the cosmic secret service to join you, and bring his team.
We can make a Ring-pass-not of LIGHT that surrounds any portal opening at the eclipse that only allow energy of love or light to pass through.
Then enjoy the eclipse – as you were planning. Join the community – of watcher, or observers of the watchers, and have fun. Laugh, stay in your joy.
We are powerful. We are expanding. We have the power of light to shine on all.

Special Edition regarding global threats
I write this from my hotel room in Shanghai. I listened to a newscast last night – by a well respected broadcaster – about the world drama, sanctions against North Korea and retaliation along with threats from the other side.
I’d like to remind you that our thoughts create our future. Let us see this threat as a real possibility – for change. Let us see that even though the “powers that were” are itching for a fight, there are other players that can and could intervene.
Let us pray for a miracle. Let us pray for detente. Let us pray for change in North Korea. Let us ask for Divine intervention for all involved. Let us ask for the Serendipities, masters of diplomacy to step in and assist all parties involved.
Let us use our creative visualization, asking “I wonder how North Korea was able to save face, and change their country enough?” or “I wonder how the UN sanctions produced such a miraculous
outcome.” “I wonder how it all worked out so well! Then marvel, in your mind’s eye, that the peaceful solution was found easily, and gracefully.
My angels and guides have been saying for YEARS, there will never be another N war. EVER. I’ve been writing this since the late 90’s.

Dragons are showing up at every ceremony for the Earth. I photographed this Fire Dragon at a ceremony in Beliz where I served as one of the spiritual leaders of an organized Sacred Journey. It’s time for all of us to step up and into our mastery! The dragons have been with us for a very long time but were pushed out of the reality – by authorities that didn’t want us to know the truth. Dragons help us with clarity, understanding the reality, and knowing what our next step might be. in the above ceremony, we were releasing our old patterns to make room for new magical ones.
I’ve discovered there is an emergence of teachers being called to teach on the dragons. Five years ago, when I was first getting messages from the Dragons I couldn’t find a single published article on the dragons. I was feeling a little nervous about the information coming in – yet couldn’t deny it! Now there are quite a few spiritual teachers raising our awareness of these Interdimensional beings. Below is a quote from a teacher based in Japan, who is from India and contemporary of mine.
“In the beginning of earth’s history, there were 12 dragons who volunteered to establish the energy grids on this planet for all life forms to flourish. These guardians held the creative elemental forces from which the foundations of life in the Universe are made of. At this time of great spiritual shift, these potent energies that have been held in time-lock for millennia have now been released for humanity to access. In the grid picture left, you will see grids that were drawn by a mystical artist who wishes to remain anonymous. She gifted this photo to me along with its companion art, to illustrate what she had been seeing as part of the transformation of the earth. It is a powerful image of a very powerful grid – very possibly one of the new grids of the new earth!
Corey Goode and Cobra reveal a very interesting bit of intel about the energies around the earth that were used to hold humanity back.
The 3D pyramids around the earth shoot energy outward and connect to a grid that surrounds the earth. Beings that have harnessed human’s lowest polarity emotional energy have used this “inner grid” for containing human’s behaviors and creating a network that encourages the average person to be locked into the lower vibrational energies. It was nearly impossible to disrupt. Until recently this information has been held in secret.
Many individuals are involved in planetary gridwork. You may wish to join them. When you hold ceremony (preferably outside) you bring more light and love (i.e. abundance) into your world. If holding your ceremony or meditation outside is not possible – then you may hold your ceremony indoors, with an out-of-doors location clearly in your mental awareness.
You might call in your dragons to assist you with your gridwork. You might ask your dragons what needs to be done with regard to Gridwork. Or you can meditate on a harmonious energy moving through you to your dragons who will clarify and direct your energy to the grids that need it.
Enter Gridwork with the Hathors – Bridge of Light
Back in 2008, a group of like-minded individuals connected with me to create a “Bridge of Light” to serve multiple purposes for planetary humans. This Bridge of Light, between the Earth and the planet Venus created a transport grid that allows for instantaneous energy movement in both directions. The Bridge of Light is also a tunnel, converting the energy of the third dimension into fifth-dimensional energy. Connecting with it allows you to become fifth dimensional merging your energies with the Hathors. I’ve also been told that the Bridge could be used as an emergency escape for excessive heat from Earth. Venus can handle the higher temperature even though Earth and humans cannot.
The Bridge allows energy that is “called forth” from the Hathors to contribute to the planetary evolution of humans and to assist humankind in its transformation into higher frequencies of love and light. In addition, your “love and appreciation” of the inter-planetary supporters will support the evolution of all of life. Free will is an important component to that process. The Bridge of Light successfully prevented darkness from expanding on the earth. When tapped into it breaks up those harmful grid patterns and prevents them from completing their circuit.
It’s time to re-activate and connect with all the grids of the earth and especially The Bridge of Light. You may envision a network of sacred geometry, of latitude and longitude lines and other geometries around the earth that may need an infusion of unconditional love. Use your connection to the Bridge of Light (and to the Great Central Sun) to infuse all the other grids with light. Many who have used the Bridge of Light have even experienced a surge of loving energy as you work with it.
In addition, the Bridge of Light also encourages the evolution of humanity, creating a newer vibrational field that supports human love and light, because the Hathors and humans can work together mutually infusing love energy into the Earth.
